WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

Every new client is required to schedule a 30 minute Initial Consultation. What you don't measure you can't address. This consultation allows me to learn about your wellbeing goals, your health & wellness history and determine which wellness protocol I would recommend for you.  You will receive a questionnaire before your consultation to complete so that we're both fully prepared to have a productive conversation.

IS YOUR STUDIO ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

Yes, our studio is accessible by elevator with hallways, doorways and restrooms that accommodate equipment used to assist in mobility.

HOW LONG ARE THE SERVICES AND WHAT DO THEY INCLUDE?

Each service we offer last approximately 20 minutes.  If multiple services are being provided add an additional 20 minutes. When scheduling your appointment you will see the time needed for each service so that you can allot the appropriate time for your visit.

Each Wellness Session Package can include a combination of Infrared Sauna, Chromatherapy, Halotherapy, Aromatherapy and HZ frequency therapy as well as a BrainTap Brain Training based on the session goal.  The average Wellness Session is 50 minutes.

ARE YOU OPEN DURING THE HOLIDAYS?

Cultivating Wellbeing is closed on all Federal Holidays and the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

We do not accept health insurance.
We do accept FSA/HSA and we offer financing options.

DO YOU OFFER A MEMBERSHIP?

We offer three membership options. Each membership lasts 6 months allowing clients to get the maximum benefits from our services. Clients may pay for the membership via ACH autopay monthly or pay in full at an additional savings.  After the 6 months has ended clients may renew their membership if they desire.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We are an appointment based wellness business that works to ensure we are timely so that every client receives their service in a relaxing, professional manner without feeling rushed in any way.

Wellness Sessions require a non-refundable booking fee of $50 upon scheduling an appointment.  Individual services require a non-refundable booking fee of 50% upon scheduling an appointment.   The booking fee is applied toward your scheduled service.  

Appointment cancellations must be 24 hours in advance of appointment.  If rescheduled at the time of cancellation the booking fee is transferrable.  If cancelled but not not rescheduled the booking fee is forfeited.

The booking fee will be forfeited if the client is a No Call/No Show.  If the client has a membership 50% of one session will be charged to the card on file.

We reserve the right to reschedule clients that are 10 minutes late, we also deduct 10 minutes from the service as to not inconvenience the next clients service. Clients that are more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no show and will forfeit their booking fee.

MAY I BRING MY CHILDREN OR A GUEST?

Because we are a small, intimate boutique studio with limited seating, clients may not bring guests or children to their appointments.  If you arrive with children or guests your appointment will be rescheduled.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?

We do not offer refunds on services provided.  All services, packages and product sales are final.  Due to the nature of the products we offer, we do not accept exchanges or offer refunds on products purchased.

CAN I STILL RECEIVE YOUR SERVICES IF I AM PREGNANT?

Your wellbeing is always our top priority. Women that are pregnant may not receive infrared sauna or biomat services as these services raise the body's core temperature which can be unsafe for babies in the womb.

Halotherapy without heat is safe for pregnant women as are our other modalities.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Parking is available in the Montgomery County public parking garage conveniently located directly across the street from our building.
